Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are made-to-order, which means they are specially created for you once you place an order. We do not keep inventory or stock.

Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. Please submit a photo of the damaged item to [info@akiyoshibrand.com]. Once we verify the damage, we will work with you to replace the item.

No Buyer's Remorse Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or if the item does not fit. We encourage you to review sizing guides and product details before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please follow the steps outlined above for damaged or defective items.
